Arc Design Build was founded in 2013 by Marcus Arellano after spending years watching homeowners get burned by contractors who over-promised, under-delivered, and vanished when problems arose. He set out to build a construction company that operated the way a tech company communicates — with total transparency, real-time updates, and a digital paper trail for every decision.
That vision became Arc Studio, our client portal that gives every homeowner live access to their project milestones, documents, invoices, and team messaging from day one. It's not a feature — it's how we operate every project, regardless of size.
Today, Arc has completed 150+ projects across the San Fernando Valley. Our team includes architects, structural engineers, project managers, and specialty trade crews — all in-house or on long-term retainer. No random subcontractors, no coordination surprises.
We build ADUs, full interior remodels, kitchen and bath renovations, room additions, and complete re-roofing projects. Every project carries the same promise: fixed-price contract, fully permitted, built right the first time.
