Is Arc Studio free for clients?

Yes — completely free. Arc Studio client portal access is included with every project at no additional cost. There are no subscriptions, no setup fees, and no hidden charges.

When do I get access to my dashboard?

Your account is created within 24 hours of your contract being signed. You'll receive an email with your login link and credentials before your project begins.

What devices can I access Arc Studio from?

Arc Studio is fully responsive and works on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. No app download required. Just open your browser and log in from anywhere.

Can I download my project documents?

Yes. All documents — contracts, permits, plans, inspection reports, and warranties — are available to view and download anytime from your Documents section.

How do I pay an invoice through Arc Studio?

Open the Invoices tab in your dashboard, find the invoice marked 'Due Now', and click Pay. We accept ACH transfer, credit card, and wire. A receipt is generated instantly.

What if I have a question for my project manager?

Use the Messages section in your dashboard. Threads are organized by topic so nothing gets buried. Your Arc PM responds within 1 business day — usually much faster.
