Lot survey, zoning review, and full architectural design. Floor plans, elevations, and construction documents developed with your direct input.

Structural engineering, soils report (if required), Title 24 energy compliance, and all design documentation prepared for permit submittal.

We submit all documents to the city, respond to plan check comments, and track approval through to a full building permit.

Construction
Foundation, framing, MEP rough-in, exterior, insulation, drywall, and all finish work — sequenced and tracked daily in Arc Studio.

Final inspection, certificate of occupancy, punch list completion, and a fully move-in-ready home delivered on schedule.
