Re-Roofing
A roof replacement is not a purchase you make twice. Done right, a new roof lasts 25–50 years and provides the critical water-tight envelope that protects everything beneath it. Done wrong, it fails in the first rain season.
Arc re-roofing projects are full tear-offs. We don't layer new shingles over old ones. We remove all existing material to the deck, inspect and replace damaged sheathing, install ice-and-water barrier and synthetic underlayment, and apply new material with correct fastening patterns and flashing details.
We work with composition shingles, concrete and clay tile, and flat TPO/modified bitumen systems. All projects are permitted, inspected, and carry manufacturer warranties. We are a GAF Certified contractor.
